SAUS-Y PARSNIPS & CARROTS

Ingredients

4 Carrots

4 Parsnips

2 to 3 Cloves of Garlic

1 Tablespoon Butter or Olive Oil to keep it vegan

2 Tablespoons SAUS® Do Everything Sauce


Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees


  2. Peel carrots and parsnips and cut into 1 to 2" chunks


  3. Peel and thinly slice garlic cloves


  4. Mix melted butter/olive oil and SAUS®, then toss all ingredients together until everything is evenly coated


  5. Spread onto a large baking sheet and bake 20-30 minutes, depending on the size, or until carrots and parsnips and tender-crisp
