SAUS-Y SALAMI CHIPS

  • 10 ounces of Salami, sliced thin

  • 1/3 Cup SAUS® Do Everything Sauce

Preparation


IN OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 250ºF.

  2. Take each slice of salami and lightly coat in SAUS® allowing the excess sauce to drip off.

  3. Line a baking sheet very well with foil. Spray the pan very well. Lay the pieces of meat flat on the baking sheets. The pieces of meat can touch but they should not overlap.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes, then flip and bake for another 30-45 minutes (depending on the thickness of your slices).


IN DEHYDRATOR:

  1. Take each slice of salami and lightly coat in SAUS® allowing the excess sauce to drip off.

  2. Place evenly on food dehydrator trays and place in food dehydrator.

  3. Set to high and dehydrate for 8-10 hrs.


note: Time may vary depending on salami, weather, and amount of sauce coating so check regularly.
